● Configure Webex Account Settings ,set up WebEx with intercall audio
● Administer User access to AGCO French IT Systems in line with IT policies, SOX policy and with
adherence to IT Service Desk procedures
● Provide effective and timely first line IT Support for any reported IT problems or requests ticketing
tool ServiceNow
● Creating users account on Oasis/IBIS sales software
Supporting the desktop environment including software faults and installations
Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate Teams(SAP Team, Network Team,
server team ...
● SAP Creating Editing and assigning roles to users using Active Central User Administration (CUA)
● SAP Assigning Roles to Users in User Maintenance
