● Responsible for day-to-day onsite IT support at LinkedIn Paris France including Milan and Madrid IT
support and visiting offices regularly ..
● Troubleshooting hardware issues, including, Printers and Mac, IPhone, Android Smartphone
wireless, and videoconferencing equipment.
● Support business meetings, including audio-visual needs and conference room AV equipment
● I work within ITSM Team to make sure that all of tickets are responded and updated per
established processes
● I ensure that all SLA’s are met in a consistent manner
● Provide excellent IT experience and high customer service satisfaction
● I provide end user support for Mac, and Windows
● I assist with root cause analysis related to desktop computers and all peripheral devices.
● Interact with 3rd level IT functional groups and management to ensure solutions are being provided
for all escalating tickets.
● I Track record and respond to requests for IT technical support. This includes workstation hardware,
application and collaboration software and mobile devices utilizing Windows and Apple operating
systems.
